You can return request within 3 days after delivery product. After that we will not accept the return request. However, please note that the replacement/refund will only be processed once we receive your return order at our warehouse. After all checks, it will take 3-4 business days to reflect the refunded amount to your original payment method. Please e-mail support@larewatches.com. and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions.

Easy Returns

We ensure that the products ordered reach you in proper condition and we take stringent checks to ensure that. However, there is a remote possibility that while processing the orders, minor errors might occur and there may be a slight possibility of the following;

The product may be damaged during transit
An incorrect item has been shipped to you
There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

The following shall be applied in any of the above cases:


In case you receive an incorrect item (different than what was shown on the website) or the article has been damaged in transit, please contact us by email, within 48 hours of receipt of the product and email the packaging and product photos to verify the credentials on the below email id. We will give you a solution within 2 working days.

For a return to be eligible in case an incorrect article or a damaged article has been shipped, the below checks must be followed;

An Unboxing Video is required to claim a refund in case of damaged / wrong articles.
Merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.
All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


In some areas, where our logistic partner does not offer pickup service, the customer has to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
Returns received by us beyond 7 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.

In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The only product cost will be entitled to refund i.e. shipping charges are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

To facilitate the return shipment process, we kindly request you consider recording a video while carefully packing the item and handing it over to the courier boy. Send the video to our e-mail. Your cooperation in this matter would be sincerely appreciated.
In areas where our logistic partner doesn’t offer pickup service, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
Gift cards purchased at Larewatches are not eligible for return, refund, or transfer and they can not be purchased via COD.

Refunds


In the event of any order being returned due to reasons such as being undelivered or a return or replacement request, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For prepaid orders, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we would issue you store credit in the form of a gift card within 24 hours. This gift card would then be available for use immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Larewatches.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order will be made in a reasonable time.

If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel the order that has been partially or fully processed. Larewatches.com reserves the right to decide whether the order has been partially or fully processed and you agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
